Water on Earth Day-Chicago Lake and River Front
Over the three years I've been working on my waterways project,I've photographed Lake Michigan and the Chicago River in their many moods and colors. To celebrate Earth Day, I've chosen a few of my favorites.
I hope to see Chicago one day(and join you on a canoe trip. I'm always amazed at the "moods" of nature, that is, its natural moods, not the ones we create! And water in particular is(are?) ever changing. Ronell

interesting to see these together like this - it gives a real 'feel' of the place
You have access to a lot of water and waterways. Its good to share in your views of them.

I want to go there, looks great in the pictures.
Cripes, people were posting so fast today I knew I'd miss one!
I forget just how very watery it is round where you live Lindsay and what a contrast between the urban and the backwateers where you take the canoes.
